Stango Cuisine was the first Zambian restaurant in the U.S. and the first African restaurant in Champaign, Illinois.

The owners are migrants from Zambia and are passionate about the Zambia cuisine.  Additionally, Stango Cuisine owns and operates a food truck called Stango Bites.  However, it has a menu that is different from the restaurant's.
